Description

The United States Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to solicit, under solicitation W56HZV-21-R-0073, a sole source, three-year firm-fixed price requirements contract for the procurement of services necessary to repair servo valves that are components of the AH-64 Apache Weapon System (AWS).�The hydraulic servo valves, NSNs 1650-01-211-6309� and 4810-01-221-0648, are electrically controlled, hydraulic fluid flow control valves developed for use on the AH-64 Apache Attack Helicopter. The conversion will implement reliability improvement changes for various actuator sub-components. This action is supported under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Entitled, ""Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements"". The total estimated value of this contract is $629k. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Moog Inc. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
