This procurement will be small business set-aside. Certified Cost and Pricing Data is not required for procurements under $2 million. EEO clearance is not required. Progress Payments are not authorized for this procurement. This is a critical application item, but not a critical safety item.� SPRS apply. �Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted.
