Description: The US Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District (USACE) will be soliciting proposals for DFAS Building 21 AHU Replacement in Columbus, OH. This will be procured through the 8(a) program. As part of the construction solicitation, the USACE intends to include the following sole source requirements: Brand Name Sole Source - Trane is required to maintain compatibility with the building automation system (BAS). Brand Name Sole Source - Johnson Controls is required to integrate into the building automation system (BAS).
