- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: West Virginia City: Parkersburg Delineated Area: Point of Beginning: Intersection of Garfield Avenue and 13th Street. North: Point of beginning to the intersection of 13th Street and Murdoch Avenue. Murdoch Avenue onto 8th Street, onto Market Street, onto 13th Street. East: The intersection of 13th Street and 7th Street. West 7th Street onto 8th Street, southwest onto Green Street, south onto 5th Street to Division Street. South on Division Street onto Blizzard Drive, onto Pike Street. South: The intersection of Pike Street and Pettyville Road, following Pettyville Road. West: Pettyville Road to Hope Hill Road. North on Hope Hill Road to Gihon Road. West on Gihon Road to Dupont Road E. West on Dupont Road E to Marrtown Road. North on Marrtown Road to Fries Parkway. East on Fries Parkway, onto Fort Boreman Drive, onto US 50. US 50 to WV-68, onto Ann Street. Northeast on Ann Street onto Garfield Avenue. Garfield Avenue back to point of beginning. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 61,730 ABOA SF Space Type: Warehouse/Office Parking Spaces (Total): 54 Total Spaces Parking Spaces (Surface): 54 Surface Spaces Parking Spaces (Structured): N/A Parking Spaces (Reserved): 54 Surface Spaces Full Term: Up to 20 years Firm Term: Up to 10 years Option Term: Up to Two (2), 5-year renewal options Additional Requirements: �Warehouse space must be capable of accommodating pallet racks with a stacking height of 23 feet; Floors must be capable of supporting a working weight of approximately 9,000 lbs; Space must include a weather protected loading dock, not lower than 45�h and not higher than 48�h, with at least 2 berths at least 12� wide and 14� high, each capable of accommodating a semi tractor/trailer with a minimum length of 60 feet; A disintegrator room at least 24� x 40�, with a maximum ceiling height of 12� is required. A records room at least 49� x 70� for shelving, with 12� wide clear aisle around shelving is required. All space must be contiguous in the building. Interested parties must provide the name of the building, address, location of available space, rentable square feet offered, and contact information of authorized representative. All interested parties must either submit evidence of ownership or written authorization to represent the owner(s). Any submissions received without documentation of ownership and/or written authorization to represent the owner(s) will not be considered until such time the documentation has been received, which must also be submitted prior to the Expression of Interests Due Date In cases where an agent is representing multiple ownership entities, broker must provide written acknowledgement/permission to represent multiple interested parties for the same submission. Reference project number: 1WV2068 Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
