- The Wisconsin Air National Guard seeks sources capable of handling an advertising campaign to promote WI Air National Guard awareness and drive leads for recruiting among a specific target market, namely 17-29 year olds with a potential interest in part-time military service, using a variety of advertising mediums to potentially include (but not limited to): Option 1: -print advertising in school/college newspapers -print advertising in other pertinent publications to our target market -targeted billboards and banners in places where the target market is likely to be found (high school gymnasiums, sports fields, college gymnasiums and sports fields, sports complexes, etc.) -any other medium that is likely to promote awareness and drive leads. Ideally, a vendor will have the capability to deliver a campaign that utilizes multiple mediums. Digital advertising of any type will not be considered. This advertising should be concentrated to the larger metropolitan areas in the state (but not limited to) such as Madison, Milwaukee, Janesville, La Crosse, Eau Claire, Sheboygan, Green Bay/Fox Cities, Stevens Point and Wausau. Option 2: -static (non-digital) billboards throughout Wisconsin, particularly in La Crosse, Madison area and Milwaukee area. Information requested in response to this Sources Sought includes: 1. Sources capable and willing to provide a quote for this project: Name of the firm, point of contact, phone number, email address, Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), CAGE code, and small business status, including small business type(s)/certifications(s) such as SDB, 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB,�WOSB, etc. 2.�Whether your firm is capable of handling only some or all of the above-mentioned mediums. Specifically, can your firm handle all of the mediums in option 1 or in option 2? Both the multi-faceted approach in option 1 and the more targeted approach in option 2 are being considered. All interested concerns will provide the requested information via email to this office no later than the date specified. Include the following�in the subject line: Sources Sought W50S9F-22-Q-0008. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ)/Invitation for Bid�(IFB)/Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFQ, IFB or RFP in the future. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to�contract for any supply or service. Further, the U.S. Government is not seeking quotes, bids or proposals at this time and will not accept�unsolicited proposals in response to this sources sought notice. The U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative�costs incurred in response to this notice. Submittals will not be returned to the responder. Not responding to this notice does not preclude�participation in any future RFQ or IFB or RFP, if any is issued.
