THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE IS A MARKET SURVEY AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT INTEND TO AWARD A CONTRACT ON THE BASIS OF THIS SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS. The Marine Corps Logistics Command Albany, GA is conducting a sources sought to obtain information to determine the availability and capability of qualified sources that are technically capable of manufacturing a quantity of 5 transformers.�� The manufactured items will be completed per the specifications below. � CLIN 0001-Transformer , Distribution and Power Station P/N MFGHY070196 Qty- 5 1 Power Center - Outdoor 208V to 480V 1000 Amp Copper Bus Braced 42KA - Cons of: 1 - 208V Breaker Compartment - Cons of: 1 - 1200AF/1000AT 42K AIC 80% Rated - UL-489 Molded Case Circuit Breaker - L.S.I.G. Electronic Trip - Line and Load Lugs 1 - Red ""Power On"" Indicating Light 1 - Fuseholder with 1 Amp Fuse 1 - 4-Point Terminal Block 1 - (Lot) Cable to Transformer 1 - Hinged Outer Door 1 - (Lot) Provision for Customer Furnished Connectors 1 - Input Transformer Compartment - Cons of: 1 - 300 KVA Transformer 208V to 480V - AL Wound 115C Rise 1 - 480V Breaker Compartment - Cons of: 1 - (Lot) Cable to Transformer 1 - 600AF/500AT 35K AIC 80% Rated - UL-489 Molded Case Circuit Breaker - L.S.I.G. The Government will consider all responses from capable interested offerors, received by the closing date.� All offers must be supported by information to enable the Government to evaluate an offers capability to repair these items without the Government providing technical data.� All documentation shall become the property of the Government. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 335311 and the small business size standard is 750. Potential offerors having the skills, experience, professional qualifications, and capabilities necessary to perform the described requirement are invited to provide a capabilities statement via e-mail. The capability statements shall not exceed five (5) pages and must include the following: 1) Company name and Point of Contact information (address, telephone, e-mail, web site, etc.); 2) DUNS number and CAGE code; and 3) Familiarity and product knowledge.� The Government will use responses in this Sources Sought Notice to make appropriate acquisition decisions. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT REIMBURSE THE RESPONDENT FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PREPARING OR SUBMITTING A RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE. THE GOVERNMENT RECOGNIZES THAT PROPRIETARY DATA MAY BE A PART OF YOUR SUBMITTAL. IF SO, CLEARLY MARK SUCH RESTRICTED OR PROPRIETARY DATA AND PRESENT IT AS AN ADDENDUM TO THE NON-RESTRICTED/NONPROPRIETARY INFORMATION. NOTE: ALL SOURCES MUST BE REGISTERED IN THE SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM) DATABASE.
