Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:� State:� TX City:� Laredo Delineated Area:� North: Start at intersection of Interstate �Hwy 35 & W Del Mar Blvd going East on W �Del Mar Blvd until Bob Bullock Loop; �East: Intersection of Bob Bullock Loop & W �Del Mar Blvd going South on Bob Bullock �Loop until TX-359;� South: Intersection of TX-359 & Bob �Bullock Loop going West on TX-359 until �TX-83 Intersection of TX-83 & TX-359 going �West on TX-83 until Interstate Hwy 35; �West: Intersection of TX-83 & Interstate �Hwy 35 going North on Interstate Hwy 35 �until W Del Mar Blvd. Minimum Sq. A fully serviced �lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. 1/2020� The U.S. Government currently occupies approximately 3,680 ABOA SF of office �and related space in a building under a lease in Laredo, TX. The Government �has identified a need for 3,680 ABOA SF and is considering alternative space for �the total requirement of 3,680 ABOA SF if economically advantageous. In �making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the �availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s �requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as �physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication �infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.� SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:� Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing and should include the �following information at minimum (This is not an invitation for bids or a request for �proposals):� 1. Building name/address and the location of available space within the �building.� 2. Rentable square feet available and the expected rental rate per rentable �square foot, fully serviced.� 3. ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet to be offered and the �expected rental rate per ABOA square foot, fully services. Indicate �whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant � improvements and state the amount (if any).� 4. Date of space availability.� 5. Building ownership information.� 6. Amount of parking available onsite and its cost. Include whether expected �rental rate includes the cost of the required Government parking, (if any). 7. Energy Efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the �building.� 8. List of building Services provided.� 9. One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered.� 10. Name, address, telephone number, and email address of authorized �contact.� 11.
