- The Library of Congress requires contractor support for the acquisition of materials (hardware and software) to upgrade two existing Digital Transitions RCAM digitization systems to Phase One IXH 150MP Achromatic systems as well as acquire a third identical system. These software/hardware materials will be integrated into the Digital Scan Center and enhance the ability to create digital master images of a variety of Library collection materials, especially those rapidly degrading from the Farm Security Administration archive. � See Justification and Approval for full details.
