Description

The US Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground - Natick Division on behalf of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command - Soldier Center, (DEVCOM-SC), intends to award a firm fixed price contract under FAR 13.106(b)(1) only one responsible source to ThermoAnalytics, Inc. of Calumet, MI for the Renewal of the MuSES Annual License package. ThermoAnalytics, Inc. is the only known vendor that is able to provide the required licenses. While this notice is not a request for competitive proposals, responsible parties purporting to have the requisite credentials and capabilities to provide the above license package must furnish, in writing, factual information which clearly supports and demonstrates their ability to provide the required licenses, within 15 days to Brandon Rivett (Contract Specialist) and Joseph Cooper (Contracting Officer) by email at Brandon.j.rivett.civ@army.mil and Joseph.p.cooper5.civ@army.mil.� Any questions regarding this notice must be in writing only; no telephonic replies will be accepted.� A determination not to compete this proposed action based on any responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the contracting officer. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 511120.
