Amendment 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate Statement of Work (SOW) Revision 01 dated February 23, 2022 as follows;� FIRST: SOW dated February 23, 2022 hereby replaces SOW dated December 6, 2021� SECOND: No other changes.� Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to update the site visit date, Q&A date, and proposal due date as follows;� FIRST: The site visit date, Q&A date, and proposal due date is hereby changed:� From:� Site Visit is scheduled for 10 February 2022@ 0900 EST.� All Questions are due NLT 15 February 2022 by 1400 CST.� Proposals are due NLT 01 March 2022 by 1400 CST.� To:� Site Visit is scheduled for 22 February 2022@ 1200 EST.� All Questions are due NLT 25 February 2022 by 1400 CST.� Proposals are due NLT 08 March 2022 by 1400 CST.� SECOND: No other changes.� NOTE:� Site visits may be arranged during normal duty hours by contacting:� Name: Daniel Whalen� Address: 1580 Aviation Center Parkway� Daytona Beach, FL 32114� Telephone:(386) 366-2293� Site Visit is scheduled for 10 February 2022@ 0900 EST.� All Questions are due NLT 15 February 2022 by 1400 CST.� Proposals are due NLT 01 March 2022 by 1400 CST.� LLWAS Station Repairs at the Daytona Beach International Airport, Florida (DAB). More specifically, six of the nine existing DAB LL WAS Stations require immediate repair, including Stations #1, #2, #3, #7, #8 & #9. The purpose of this contract is to provide turnkey, fast-track design-build support, furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and other related services necessary to complete this repair work.
