- Solicitation for End Item: N/A, NSN: 1660-01-339-2224 �, PR 0090581500, OVERHAUL KIT, REGULA with Part Number 1601312-1.�� This is an Unrestricted, firm fixed price definite quantity, other than full and open competition acquisition for 20 each.� This is a Critical Application Item; NAICS 336411. Potential source: COBHAM MISSION SYSTEMS DAVENPORT LSS 99251. FOB Origin, Inspection/Acceptance Origin. Delivery Schedule: 229 days ADO. �Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government.� The request is for a written proposal.� Please submit offers to email Mathew.Adeniyi@dla.mil.� OFFERS MUST COMPLETE A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD.� ELECTRONIC OFFERS ARE ACCEPTABLE.� A copy of the solicitation will be available via DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS).� The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.� The solicitation issue date is on or about March 10, 2022. �The closing date will be on or about April 08, 2022.� If an offer submitted to the solicitation is over $700,000, a Subcontracting Plan will be required with the offer.� If an offer submitted to the solicitation is over $2,000,000, Certified Cost and Pricing Data and a Substantial Plan will be required with the offer to receive an award. �Regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
