- Solicitation # HHSNIHOPCSBSS-22-005092 Date Posted 02-23-2022 Date �Closed 03-05-2022 This is a notice of intent, not a request for a quotation. A solicitation document will not be issued and quotations will not be requested.� The National Institute of Health (NIH), Clinical Center (CC), Department of Transfusion �Medicine( DTM ) intends to solicit a quote and enter into firm-fixed price for Preventive maintenance for Probe Calibration System to �Rees Scientific. Rees Scientific has been the most compliant continuous environmental monitoring system in the industry. � Our automated temperature monitoring provides �continues automated monitoring to a limitless number of the applications in a wide range from Pharmaceutical to blood. The service contract on existing Rees Monitoring system is required to comply with 21CFR 211.67 (Current Good Manufacturing Practice for Finished Pharmaceuticals Subpart Equipment Cleaning and Maintenance). Included in this service agreement will be one or more regular preventive maintenance visits, 24 hours emergency servicing, spare /replacement parts, and support. The purpose of this correspondence is to request a PO to purchase a detail tasks and responsibilities of (hereinafter, the Vendor) in relation to providing a service that will perform system probe calibrations, preventive maintenance, support, and emergency servicing.� the Rees System probes are located in various Sections of the Department of Transfusion Medicine �at the Clinical Center at NIH.� This acquisition is being conducted using policies unique to the acquisition of commercial items prescribed in FAR Part 12, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for the competition requirements of Part 6. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this posting. The determination by the Government not to compete the proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Comments to this announcement, referencing this posting number, may be submitted to the CC, Office of Purchasing and Contracts, prior to the closing date, March 5, 2022 �at 12:00 EST specified in this announcement, electronically to the attention of Priscilla Abalos, Contract Specialist, Priscilla.abalos@nih.gov by the due date and time marked in this notice.
