- Description
- The US Army Corps of Engineers, pursuant to FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(B), intends to purchase brand name or proprietary components on a sole source basis. The Army has a need to procure EasyPower software licesnes from EasyPower LLC.�The contract action will be a firm-fixed price Delivery Order placed through the Army Computer Hardware Enterprise�Software and Solutions (CHESS) system. In accordance with�Army Regulation 25-1, CHESS is the Army�s required source for purchases of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software, desktops and laptop computers. This is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. Interested parties may provide specific�information to the Army regarding their product for consideration as to whether their product meets�the�government�s needs.
