Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - HUDSON VALLEY SHAKESPEARE FESTIVAL Synopsis: MICC-West Point intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source�under the authority of FAR 13-106-1(b)�(1)(i), ""Only one responsible source"" based on the company being the only expertise in the performace of Student on Stage Shakespeare Worksop�to have ten (10) performaces for a total of forty-one� (41) seventy-five (75) minute dramatic performanceworkshops� in� a two day period in which the�government is seeking and is therefore the only source caspable of�satisfying the Government requirements. The Government intends�to solicit and negotiate with HUDSON VALLEY SHAKESPEARE FESTIVAL, PO BOX 125, GARRISON, NY 10524 . FOR: STUDENTS ON STAGE SHAKESPEARE WORKSHOPS. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However,�any responsible source who believes it is�capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement,�proposal, or quotation, which shall be�considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of�this notice. A determination not to�compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this�notice is solely within the discretion of the�Government.�Responses to this notice are due on or before 02/28/2022 by 12:00pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) by email to�patricialee.a.pomarico.civ@mail.mil
