Description

Project Title: Building 21 Scope Clean Room Project number: 659-20-101 Project Location: Salisbury VAMC Salisbury, NC 28144 Project Description: Renovate 1300SF related directly to SPS cleaning and storage areas. This is a 100% total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set Aside IAW 38 U.S.C. 8127 (d) Site Visit Information: Wednesday, March 02, 2022, at 9:00AM EST. | Meet at the front of Bldg. 21B. Please review the Scope of Work (COVID protocols), Specifications and Drawings for additional information about the project requirement. Deadline for receipt of questions /RFIs: Monday, March 07, 2022 @ 9:00AM EST. Bid Opening: March 24, 2022 @ 9:00AM EST. Bid Opening Location: Virtual Meeting Magnitude of Construction: $500,000 and $1,000,000 Line Item 0001: Contractor shall provide all administration, labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, permit license, and qualified supervision necessary to complete Project 659-20-101. All work shall be in strict accordance with SOW, specifications, and drawings to include final clean up and completion of any punch lists items.
