Statement of Work Ambu aView 2 Advance Monitors Togus VA Medical Center Introduction The VA Maine HCS requires five Ambu aView 2 Advance Monitors for the ENT clinic, Urology clinic, and OR at Togus/ Portland locations. Delivery Address will be Togus VA Medical Center, 1 VA Center, Augusta, ME 04330. Background Ambu aView 2 Advance is a high-quality, portable full-HD monitor for single-use endoscopy, which is compatible with the Ambu aScope 4 Broncho, Ambu aScope 4 Rhinoaryngo and Ambu aScope 4 Cysto endoscopes. aView 2 Advance helps you perform procedures across medical specialties confidently, streamline your workflow and stay connected and updated. Equipment/Work to be Performed The vendor as part of the quote will provide a 12-month warranty and Manual/operator/ service manuals. The configuration of the systems will ensure full functionality. This project will include all and any peripheral items to ensure a fully functional system. (misc. hardware or req. hardware upgrades, network switches, video cards, KVM switches, cabling, mouse, keyboards etc.) to ensure the functionality of the final product. Model No. Description Qty. 405011000 aView 2 Advance HD monitor 5 Scope This project will provide five Ambu aView 2 Advance Monitors for the ENT clinic, Urology clinic, and OR at Togus/Portland locations. The ENT clinic, Urology clinic, and OR will be using disposable scopes for procedures and will need this monitor system in order to scope patients. The system must meet the manufacturer s specifications and be designed and implemented within the vendors 510K system design as an FDA regulated medical device/system. This monitor stores data and is equipped to download to a thumb drive and then uploaded into Vista Imaging. OIT has been contacted and our department has been given five IRONKEY (FIPS 140-2 USB3.0/USB 2.0) thumb drives and will be given to Clinical Engineering to configure the thumb drives to the monitors all protected health information will be stored on. The vendor will as part of their project plan outline a timeline for implementing the project for the Eye Clinic in the Portland VA Maine Healthcare System.
