Description

Please see attached PDF. The Laboratory of Cell Biology (LCB) within the Center for Cancer Research (CCR) at the National Cancer Institute (NCI) of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) requires upgrade components to one (1) government-owned Tecnai 12 (T12) Electron Microscope. The Office of Acquisitions (OA) plans to procure, on a sole source basis, the upgrade components from Gatan, Inc. (5794 W. Las Positas Blvd. Pleasanton, CA 94588). The response close date of this notice for this requirement is in accordance with FAR 5.203(a)(1). This acquisition will be processed under FAR Part 12 � Acquisition for Commercial Items and will be made pursuant to the authority in FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) using simplified acquisition procedures for commercial acquisitions. �The North American Industry Classification System code is 334516 � Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing.
