USCG CEU PROVIDENCE SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE 70Z0G122S_18HSB_REPAIR_WATERFRONT_STA_CHATTAHOOCHEE_MOORINGS_(CH) THIS IS ONLY A MARKET SURVEY FOR WRITTEN INFORMATION ONLY. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS ANNOUCEMENT. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests. In order to protect the procurement integrity of any future procurement that may arise from this announcement, information regarding the technical point of contact will not be given and no appointments for presentations will be made. The U.S. Coast Guard is considering whether or not to set aside an acquisition for HUBZone Small Business concerns, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns (SDVOSB), 8(a) certified Small Business concerns, Woman-Owned Small Business concerns or Small Business concerns, or solicit Unrestricted. �The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237990 Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, with a small business size standard of $39.5 Million. �The estimated value of the procurement is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. �A 20% Bid bond is required.� Performance and/or Payment bonds will be required. The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking interested vendors with successful past performance, current relevant experience, personnel/resources, equipment, and capability to perform the following work: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the work required to perform the following waterfront repairs at USCG Station Chattahoochee Moorings, Bainbridge, GA (Decatur County). The project includes one (1) Base Bid Item and four (4) Optional Bid Items (OBIs) as summarized below. � Base Bid Item #1 Demolish Timber Bulkhead and replace with steel sheet pile, concrete cap, and helical anchors (RPUID 854906) as specified and shown in the Contract Documents. Optional Bid Item #1 Replacement of 3-bay garage asphalt shingle roof, gable panels and associated components (RPUID 840440) as specified and shown in the Contract Documents. Optional Bid Item #2 Repair rigid concrete pavement at buoy yard, install new buoy pen rail and curbs, and stabilize erosion at wharf. Demolition and replacement of concrete access bridge including concrete stem wall (RPUID 854912) as specified and shown in the Contract Documents. Optional Bid Item #3 Repair concrete at wharf including spall repair, epoxy crack injection, methacrylate flood coat, replacement of timber components, and installation of plastic pile caps to fender piles (RPUID 840442) as specified and shown in the Contract Documents. Optional Bid Item #4 Demolition and replacement of asphalt driveway at entrance road. Replacement of approximately 30 linear feet of chain-link fence with barbed wire (RPUID 840447) as specified and shown in the Contract Documents.
