- NAVSUP FLCN Contracting Department Philadelphia Office located at 700 Robbins Avenue BLDG 2B Philadelphia PA 19111, intends to procure genealogy research to identify living maternal/paternal relatives on behalf of the Navy POW/MIA Branch. This is a competitive total small business set aside, single award IDIQ combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR subpart 5.2. This acquisition will be conducted using simplified acquisition procedures for certain commercial products and commercial services at FAR subpart 13.5 and FAR part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items. The PSC code associated with this acquisition is B521 and NAICS code is 541990 with a small business size standard of 16.5 million dollars. The attached RFQ is the only one for this requirement and it includes all terms all the terms and conditions as well as applicable FAR, DFARS, and NMCARS clauses and provisions with respect to the anticipated contract award.
