- Description
- The Virginia Contracting Activity intends to solicit and negotiate a (6) month extension on contract number HHM402-15-D-0047/0003, IT Mission Support Services (ITMSS) Short Term Bridge Extension, based on the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. This task order is a current award under the Enhanced Solutions for Information Technology Enterprise (E-SITE) IDIQ Contract. All E-SITE awardees were given fair opportunity to be considered for the original order.� The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Intrepid for Enhanced Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise (E-SITE).� This short-term bridge contract extension to the existing task order will allow time for a task order competition to be completed under the Solutions for Intelligence Analysis III (SIA3) IDIQ contract.� This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.� However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement or proposal which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice.� A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Enhanced Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise (E-SITE) task order (from 03/29/2022 to 09/28/2022) which will allow the Directorate for Intelligence and Joint Staff (J2) to ensure continuity of mission critical and essential applications during the re-compete and transition to the new task order under�Solutions for Intelligence Analysis III (SIA3) IDIQ.� It includes keeping mission critical and essential applications ready, monitoring those systems and staying in compliance with Intelligence Community (IC) Information Technology Enterprise (IC ITE) and DIA Cyber-Security directives/mandates and requirements.� Services required to be performed are listed below:� Graphic Design Web Services and Operations Presentations and Dissemination Place of contract performance is various CONUS locations. All work is at TS/SCI level.� The project cost for this six-month extension is $1.334M. Responses to this notice must be via email only to Stephen Colvin and Cheryl Hyatt (contractor).�
