- AMENDMENT 002: 9 March 2022 The purpose of this amendment is to address the following: Refine and clarify the requirements of the uninterruptable power source (UPS). The provided UPS unit shall meet the basic minimum stated requirements of surge protection and automatic voltage regulation. Offerors may choose to quote products that exceed these minimum standards. Clarify applicability of the Buy American Statute in accordance with Defense Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) clause 252.225-7001 - Buy American and Balance of Payments Program. Per the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 25.103(e), information technology items that are commercial products are exempted from the Buy American Statute. Therefore, this statute DOES APPLY to line item 0002 1500VA UPS with Surge Protection, and DOES NOT apply to line items 0001 AES Multinet 2.0 Alarm receiver, 0003 User Interface Software, and 0004 AES Hybrid IP Link. All changes to this requirement are annotated within the attached combo document. The revised statement of work document (SOW) attachment 1 included with amendment 001 remains the most current version. No other changes to the terms and conditions of this solicitation have been made. The solicitation closing date and time has been extended to Monday 14 March 2022 at 4:00PM MST. ____________________________________________________________ AMENDMENT 001: 1 March 2022 The purpose of this amendment is to address the following: Respond to a question asked about the frequency of the equipment to be installed; the frequency of the equipment is 466.8875. Revise the quantities of the required equipment and the location for installation based upon information discovered during the site visit. All changes to this requirement are documented in red bold text within the revised statement of work document (SOW) attach 1. No other changes to the terms and conditions of this solicitation have been made. Wright ANG Base, Salt Lake City, Utah 84116 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
