Description

This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE only. Responses to this notice will be used for information and planning purposes only. No quotes or proposals are being requested or accepted at this time with this notice. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Corporal Michael J. Crescenz VA Medical Center located in Philadelphia, PA has a requirement for cable services to be provided to the Main Hospital and Community Living Center (CLC) Potential Sources shall respond with their ability to provide these services as outlined in the draft Performance Work Statement The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code being considered for this procurement is 515210: IT and Telecom Network Digital Network Products (Hardware and Perpetual License Software (PSC) 7G21: Cable and Other Subscription Programming. Responses to this notice should include the following: Company name Unique Entity ID from SAM.gov, if available Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number Company s address Point of Contact information title, phone number and email address Provide GSA Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) contract number, NASA SEWP contract number, or other applicable contract vehicle contract number, if within scope of this effort (if applicable). Provide SAM Registration Verification Provide VIP verification provided, if applicable Provide Company s type of business (small or large) and socioeconomic status whether Service Disable Veteran Owned, Veteran Owned, Hubzone, 8(a), Women Owned, Small Disadvantaged, etc. Company s detailed Capability Statement Shall detail companies abilities to meet this requirement and any pertinent information which demonstrates that ability Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) must be verified in www.VetBiz.gov. Response should provide enough information to determine if the vendor can comply with the limitations on subcontracting as defined in VAAR 852.219-74 and all applicable CFR references where applicable. Non-developer/manufacturers shall provide documentation that they are authorized resellers/distributors of this requirement. All responses shall be submitted in writing via email no later than 11:00 EST on Wednesday, March 15, 2022, emailed to Rosa R. Rodgers @ rosa.rodgers@va.gov Responding as an interested party does not constitute your company as a viable Source. Info provided to Contracting must be reflective of what s noted as needed; as found above in the numbered information. After review of the responses to this Source Sought Notice, a solicitation announcement may be published on the Beta.SAM (Contract Opportunities), GSA and/or NASA SEWP websites. Responses to this Source Sought announcement are not considered to be adequate responses to any future solicitation announcement. All interested parties will have to also respond to any future forthcoming solicitation announcement, in addition to responding to this Sources Sought notice. All interested parties must be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov to be eligible for award of Government contracts.
