Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 20, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) (single source), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Spectrum Medical Inc., for Quantum Workstation. NAICS 339112 applies. The anticipated date of award is 03/15/2022. The requirement is for: VA Portland Healthcare System 3710 SW US Veterans Hospital Rd., Portland, OR 97207. This notice satisfies the requirement at FAR 5.201(b)(1), to publish the proposed contract action. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation will be available. Any responses recieved will only be considered for the purpose of determining the marketplace for future procurements. The Government will not pay for information submitted. This will be the only notice the Government's intent to solicit, negotiate, and award to one source to satisfy this requirement. See attached document: P03 J_A Spectrum_Redacted.
