Description

THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY The Government intends to procure a contract for the repair of Schofield Road on JBSA-Fort Sam Houston, City of San Antonio ,Bexar County , in the State of Texas.� � This will be a Woman-Owned set aside. Project Description: The work includes Mill and Overlay of the existing roadway with Full Depth repair in areas where base material is�exposed or the roadway is showing structural distresses, curb and gutter�replacement (as needed), drainage improvement, and other incidental�related work.�� The�limits of construction Section 1 has an�area of approximately 80,987 SF, Section 04 has approximately 15,900 SF,�and Section 05 has approximately 18,086 SF. The existing roadway markings contain lead based paint so abatement is required. The width of the�roadway varies, and the total roadway length is approximately 2,980 LF. Full Depth replacement is estimated to be no more than 50% of total�roadway area unless proper documentation is provided to the Government�that supports otherwise and receives Government approval. This project�does not include work on sidewalks. Project that will have a 65-95-100% design review�with government approvals.
