- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04 (01/30/22). It is the contractors responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. Clauses and provisions can be found at https://www.acquisition.gov/far/52. The solicitation number is 140P8321Q0081 and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The NAICS code: 333999, All Other Miscellaneous General Purpose Machinery Manufacturing. Small business size standard in number of employees: 500. This solicitation is a 100% total small business set-aside and will result in a firm fixed price contract to a single vendor determined to be responsive and responsible. Also, you must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) website: https://sam.gov/content/home DESCRIPTION. The National Park Service (NPS), Olympic National Park in Port Angeles, Washington has a requirement for the delivery of two each Brand Name or Equal to power walk behind wheelbarrows. PRICE SCHEDULE AND SPECIFICATIONS. The price quoted should detail pricing per the table(s) below and shall include a total price and shall include all labor, materials, equipment and supplies. Include Shipping in a separate line. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Specifications, Terms and Conditions, Clauses and Provisions necessary to complete and deliver: Brand Name or Equal to two each BFP 602HB Canycom/meet or exceed specifications. QUESTIONS REGARDING THIS SOLICITATION must be submitted in writing via email (phone or faxed questions will not be accepted). Send email question(s) to katheryn_camacho@nps.gov and reference the solicitation number in the subject line of the email, e.g., ""140P8322Q0023/QUESTION"" two (2) days before closing of solicitation. Questions or quotes submitted through https://sam.gov will not be accepted or considered. WHAT TO SUBMIT - - PROVIDE CONTENTS OF QUOTE TO email address: katheryn_camacho@nps.gov . (1) Complete, sign and fill in the SF18 and in paragraph 02, Price Schedule, of this document. (2) Provide the company DUNS, point of contact, phone number and email address on the SF18 form. The DUNS number will be verified in the SAM.gov database including reps/certs. (3) Sign the SF18 (blocks 130a-f, 14, 15 & 16a-c)) and date the SF18 and any amendments issued IF APPLICABLE; (4) Submit either the filled-out reps/certs provision 52.212-3 manually or complete the representations and certifications in SAM. (5) Submit at least three but nor more than four professional references of customers/clients for which you have serviced/performed the same or similar type of equipment/work in the past five years. Include for each reference the customer/client's company name and address, point of contact, phone number, email address, brief description of the service provided, period of performance dates and job/project value. (Paragraph 14). WHEN TO SUBMIT QUOTE - - RESPONSE DATE: Quotations must be received by email no later than 1700 PS on Monday, March 28, 2022. HOW TO SUBMIT QUOTE: Telephone, faxed quotes or postal mailed quotes will not be accepted. Quotes must be submitted by email to katheryn_camacho@nps.gov with the required solicitation response documents. Note the solicitation number 140P8322Q0023 in the subject line of the email. If all required documents are not provided, the quoter may be ineligible for award.
