Description: NASAï¿½s Goddard Space Flight Center is developing a mission concept for a Nadir-Viewing Earth System Explorer to be proposed for an upcoming AO. The partnership opportunity is being issued to select a commercial vendor as partner to provide multiple space flight qualified lasers and laser electronics units, associated spares, and ground support equipment for this instrument.
