Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) China Lake intends to procure, on an other than full and open competition basis from Raytheon Company, RDT&E services to include design, development, studies, and technology demonstrations to develop and apply new technology to ensure battlespace dominance utilizing systems in development, or developed, and produced by Raytheon Company (CAGE Code 15090) including: Air Intercept Missile (AIM-9), AIM-120 Advanced Medium Range Air-to Air Missile (AMRAAM), AGM-65 Maverick, AGM-154 Joint Standoff Weapon (JSOW), Tomahawk Missile, XM982 Excalibur, BGM-71 TOW, Standard Missile, Evolved Sea Sparrow Missile (ESSM), Talon, Rolling Airframe Missile (RAM), Pyros, Small Diameter Bomb II (SDB II), and Griffin Missile. Also included are Line of Sight/Non-Line of Sight (LOS/N-LOS) technologies for seekers, multi-mode seekers, tube-launched Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), autonomous weapons employment and precision targeting, and similar applications.� Tasking will include technology demonstration efforts, product improvement initiatives, technology insertion and transition activities, integration of various warfare systems, mission analysis, mission architecture, participation in Concept of Operations (CONOPS) development, military utility analysis, and weapon demilitarization. *Anticipated Time Frame: Estimated RFP Release: 06/2021 Estimated Award: 09/2021 Period of Performance: 5 Years Per FAR 6.302-1, �Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.� The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. Raytheon is the sole source capable of providing these efforts. Any questions shall be submitted via email to Payton Sutton at payton.r.sutton.civ@us.navy.mil. Contractors must be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) in order to access Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) or Export Controlled Information. Access to CUI is limited, to a single point of contact (POC) per CAGE code, who is listed as the Data Custodian on the DD 2345 and approved by Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). The DD 2345 must be approved prior to requesting access to CUI in SAM.gov. Contractors are responsible for coordinating with their CAGE code�s Data Custodian POC to request access to CUI.
