PLEASE SEE ATTACHED PDF. The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Cancer Institute (NCI), Division of Cancer Prevention (DCP), Cancer Prevention Fellowship Program requires grant writer training services, to include grant writing training, individual coaching sessions, mock NIH study sessions, and editing services from a science writer. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, and shall be processed in accordance with FAR Part 13 � Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.� This solicitation, 75N91022Q00033, is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) and includes all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through FAR Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-04 (01-30-2022) Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items.� The North American Industry Classification System code is 611430 and the business size standard is $12 million.
