Description

The Regional Health Contracting Office � Pacific intends to issue a within scope contract modification to contract W81K02-20-D-0010.� The referenced contract was awarded as a sole source procurement to International Life Support, Inc. dba American Medical Response (AMR) under the authority of the simplified procedures for certain commercial items.� The services that are being performed are Non-Emergency Ambulance Ground Transport Services at Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC) and Outlying Clinics, Hawaii.� This modification will affect Options I, II, III and IV.� The period of performance remain unchanged.� The anticipated date for contract modification is on or about 12 April 2022.� The purpose of this modification is to increase quantities for Advanced Life Support (ALS) Transport (CLINs 1002, 2002, 3002 and 4002), Neonatal Emergency Transport Services (CLINs 1003, 2003, 3003 and 4003), Medical Team/Equipment Transport (CLINs 1004, 2004, 3004 and 4004), O2 Supply Services (CLINs 1005, 2005, 3005 and 4005).� Due to the unpredictability in patient diagnosis and subsequent treatment, the number of Non-Emergency Ambulance Ground Transports to/from TAMC have exponentially increased. This announcement fulfills the synopsis requirements under FAR 5.201 and 5.203.�
