Description

This is a request for Telecommunication services including telephone and data circuit for the Billings Area Indian Health Service (IHS)/Blackfeet Service Unit, Browning, Montana, 59417. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition procedures pursuant to the authority of FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures; FAR 37.4 - Nonpersonal Health Care Services, in which the contractor is an independent contractor.� The Blackfeet Service Unit, Billings Area Indian Health Service (IHS), intends to award a firm fixed price contract to the successful offeror in response to this Request for Quotation, RFQ-BFSU-22-001-RDJ.� The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-04.� This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business concerns.
