Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center - Aircraft Division, Lakehurst (NAWC-AD LKE) anticipates the award of a firm-fixed-price contract for office area demolition work in Hangar 2.� This requirement includes the demolition, removal, and disposal of all existing above-slab features within an approximately 550 sq. ft. office area located in Hangar 2.� Additionally, the anticipated contract shall require the Contractor to furnish, install, and paint new metal railing; clean, repair, patch, and level the existing concrete floor; and to apply approximately 650 sq. ft. of floor coating in both the office area and stairwell landing. This procurement will be competed as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. Interested Small Business vendors must be registered as ""ACTIVE"" in the System for Award Management (SAM) website to be considered for award of any DoD contract.� The SAM website can be accessed at www.sam.gov. THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR�PROPOSAL: The Government is not obligated to, and will not, pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this synopsis.� There is no commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, make an award or awards, or be responsible for any money expended by interested parties before award of a contract for the effort described above.� Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit for, or award, a contract.
