Description

The Government seeks to procure a non-personal services contract to provide for planning, operating, maintenance, and minor enhancement of Army Stationing and Installation Plan (ASIP) and the Army Stationing and Installation Plan Secret (ASIP-S) database web based application and the analysis of data therein.� The tasks within this contract require in-depth knowledge of Army force structure and DCS, G-9 Business Systems (Headquarters Installation Information System (HQIIS), Army Stationing and Installation Plan (ASIP), Real Property Planning and Analysis System (RPLANS), and Installation Status Report (ISR)).� The Contractor shall maintain the ASIP and ASIP-S, as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), regardless of when a process, document, or system enhancement was developed.� The Contractor shall be responsible for the maintenance of the ASIP and ASIP-S in their entirety, even if an issue resulted from an action taken outside of their period of performance.� The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein.� Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the Government.� The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform services in support of the ASIP and ASIP-S as defined in this PWS except for those items specified as government furnished property and services.� The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract as defined in the performance work.
