This is a Sources Sought announcement for market research purposes only. This is NOT a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this request is to survey vendor interest in providing Certified Diagnostic Medical Physicist services to beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs at Syracuse VA Medical Center. The intention is to gain knowledge of current market capabilities in relation to NAICS Code 541690  Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services, Small Business Size Standard $16.5 Million. Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Veteran Owned Small Business 8(a) Small Business HUB Zone Small Business Women Owned Small Business Small Business Large Business Does your company currently have capabilities to provide the diagnostic medical physicist services? Does your company currently have capabilities to provide three or more certified diagnostic medical physicists? Does your company currently have capabilities to provide certified diagnostic medical physicist services to the Syracuse, NY catchment area? Please address with a yes/no response and any necessary additional information to support your capability. If your company is not located in the New York area, how would your firm be able to perform this requirement? Will your company be a joint venture with another company? Do you have past experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs Physics/Radiation Safety program? State whether your organization would perform this contract in accordance with limitations on subcontracting outlined in 13 CFR 125.6(a)(1).  State if you would be able to meet the requirement to be on-site in the Syracuse, NY vicinity within six hours of an emergency situation notification.  What do you currently charge for?  a.
