NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: �RAPID COVID -19 ANTIGEN INDIVIDUAL TEST KITS WITH TELEHEALTH PROCTORING This is a notice of intent to award a sole source purchase order. Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Contracting Officers may solicit from one source if it's determined only one source is reasonably available to satisfy agency requirements.� THE DOL, Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration and Management (OASAM), Business Operations Center (BOC) anticipates awarding a sole source, Firm Fixed Price purchase order to OPTUM HEALTHCARE SOLUTIONS, LLC, 111000 Optum Circle, Eden Prairie, Minnesota 55344-2503. The vendor will provide 6,632 single Rapid Covid-19 Antigen Test Kits with telehealth proctoring.� Delivery Date-April 1, 2022. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; AND NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE.
