RVJ305250 and RVJ428271; HP 15; RPM 1685; VOLTS 440V; FL AMPS 19A; FRAME 286UD; NEMA CLASS D. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL FURNISH ALL PERSONNEL, EQUIPMENT, SUPPLIES, FACILITIES, TOOLS, MATERIALS, SUPERVISION, AND OTHER ITEMS AND NON-PERSONAL SERVICES NECESSARY TO PERFORM THE FOLLOWING: WORKSCOPE: 1.00 Dismantle and Inspect Motor 1.00 Clean and Inspect Parts 1.00 Record Winding Data 1.00 Micrometer Check Journals, Bearing Housings, and Seal Kits 1.00 Check Shaft for Straightness 1.00 Strip Winding 1.00 Test Stator 1.00 Rewind Stator 1.00 Clean and Bake Windings 1.00 Bore and Brush Both Bearing Housings 1.00 Furnish and Install Bearings 1.00 Furnish and Install New 115V Heaters 1.00 Assemble, Load Test and Perform Vibration Check 1.00 Paint Unit (1) Coat Standard Paint Vendor to pick up motors for refurbishment and deliver the finished product to the following address: John Day Dam Project Interstate 84, Exit 109 Rufus, OR 97050
