Description

The Billings Area Indian Health Service intends to award a purchase order for local telephone services for the Fort Belknap and Eagle Child Health Centers located in Harlem, Montana and Hays, Montana. BA-IHS has found Triangle Telephone Communications owns the physical communication line and to be the only source able to successfully provide the service. The resulting purchase order will be for one (1) base year, twelve (12) months. This special notice to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive quotes and there will be no solicitation package. The Government anticipates award around on or around April 01, 2022, services to begin April 01, 2022. Vendors that have questions regarding the sole source nature of the requirement or vendors that believe they can fully provide the required services are encouraged to identify themselves and give written notification to the Contracting Officer. Responses to this notice can be mailed to the Fort Belknap Service Unit, 669 Agency Main Street, Harlem, MT. 59526, faxed to 406-353-3226, Attn: Lyolene Dillon, or e-mailed, lyolene.dillon@ihs.gov. All responses should include the vendor's Duns and Bradstreet (DUNS) Number and Tax Identification Number (TIN). Vendors should additionally identify themselves as either a ""small business"" or an ""other than small business"" under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 517311. The applicable Small Business Standard is 1,500 employees. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determing whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. Any contractor interested in doing business with the Federal Government must register in the System for�Award Management database prior to award of a contractor or agreement.
