Description

See attached. This service must provide maintenance repair services on all parts of the infrastructure to include radio repeaters, antennas, servers, routers, switches, Node Management Client (NMC) Workstations, mutual aid consolettes, Base Stations, SDM3000s and MCC7500 dispatch consoles at eight different sites to include the Master Site.� Included in the Infrastructure Maintenance must be a Network Monitoring/Remote Diagnostic and Restoration Service providing secure event detection, diagnostics, and restoration.� Also provided must be yearly preventative maintenance inspections and equipment cleaning.� This service must also include advanced replacement of inoperative equipment.� Period of Performance for this contract must consist of a Base Year plus three additional Option Years.� The Contractor shall schedule and conduct one (1) Preventive Maintenance visit with the NEC within the 12 month contracted year.�
