- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number 140L2222Q0009 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) with an open date of March 29, 2022, and close date of April 13, 2022. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2022-04. This is a total small business set aside under NAICS 541370 and a size standard of 16.50 The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Las Cruces District Office, has a requirement in soliciting quotations on a competitive basis for qualified vendors to enter a firm fixed price contract for snail surveys and monitoring. The period of performance is issued with one base year and one option year. Attached are specifications, and the Sol_140L222Q0009 The following FAR provisions and clauses are applicable under this synopsis/solicitation: 52.212.1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, and can be downloaded as full text at http://www.arnet.gov/far. The resultant contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer is the best value. Therefore, award may be made to other than the lowest price offered. Offerors must be registered in the System for Awards Management at http://www.sam.gov to do business with the Federal Government and to be considered for award The solicitation is available electronically at http://sam.gov. Questions to solicitation. are due by on April 7, 2022, 1630 MD. Offers are being accepted via electronic mail to etippeco@blm.gov. Offers are to be submitted via company letterhead, referencing this RFQ and are due no later than 1630 MD, April 13, 2022.
