- Firm Fixed Price, competitive award for a state youth symposium for Iowa National Guard dependents.�The contractor shall provide all personnel, facilities, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to provide an overnight youth symposium in a residential camp setting within Iowa borders.�The youth camp shall be conducted over seven (7) continuous days, two (2) of which include travel time for attendees.�The youth leader�s camp shall be conducted within the same 7-day period as the youth camp; but shall be conducted over four (4) continuous days, from a Wednesday to Saturday, two (2) of which include travel time for attendees.�
