COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.7 and FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Instructions to offerors, evaluation criteria, and all applicable FAR Provisions and Clauses are attached. The solicitation number is 70Z04522-Q-KODI584400 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Government Estimate less than $5,700.00 The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and service clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04 Eff. 30JAN2021 CONSTRUCTION CLAUSES Department of Labor General Decision is included in this order and are applicable. GENERAL DECISION #: AK20220005 Date of last Revision: 03/11/2022 This acquisition is set-aside 100% for SMALL BUSINESS. USCG BASE KETCHIKAN, ALASKA REQUIRES PEDESTRIAN GATE REPLACEMENT, in accordance with the attached statement of work and pictures. Where Federal Acquisition Regulation clause language is inconsistent with FAR 13.004, Legal Effect of Quotations, that language is hereby tailored in accordance with FA 12.302 to be consistent with a request for quotations. This tailoring includes, but is not limited to the following: in accordance with FAR13.004, a quotation is not an offer, and any clause provision to the contrary is hereby modified to be consistent with FAR 13.004.
