Description: Equipment will be tested and certified in accordance to original equipment manufacturer (OEM). Pharmacy compound room and Biological Safety Cabinet (BSC) testing and certification will follow standards United States Pharmacopeia (USP) 797, USP 800, National Sanitation Foundation/American National Standards Institute (NSF/ANSI) 49, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), National Institutes of Health/Centers for Disease Control (NIH/CDC), Department of the Army Pamphlet 385-69, Joint Commission Standards. The government is conducting market research to assess companies capabilities in completing this requirement.� Please submit capability statements with your responses.
