Description

Seeking a new 20 year lease, comprised of 121,359 square feet broken down as follows:,40,460 square feet of conference and training space, 4,675 square feet of storage space, 16,100 square feet of simulator/fire simulator area, 5,700 square feet of food service area/cafeteria, 1,000 square feet of automated data processing space, ,� 5,092 square feet of office space and 48,512 square feet of quarters/residential housing space (housing must be within walking distance 10 mintues from conference space). Due to the nature of the use (Wildland Fire Training) the required location needs to be located within 10 driving minutes of aircraft operations/flight ramp for incident support needs.
