Description: Scope of Market Research: The U.S. Army Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville is looking for an existing commercial off the shelf (COTS) web-based application that can be utilized to support the overall contract administration requirements of Maintenance and Service Contracts. The Government is not looking to develop a program from scratch. All of the following capabilities listed in the General Requirements section are required to currently exist for the software to be a potential viable candidate.
