- AMENDMENT No.1 is issued to extend the due date from 4/08/22 (5pm) to 4/13/22 (5pm) and added Description below: Kindly provide aQuote in�my name with the current date and lead time.� Please offer BSA any discounts available for your Best Price. Items to be quoted or its Equivalent: 1� �(NF-2540 Pilot System)� 1.0000�EA 2� ��Hydracell D10 Pump Replacement� 1.0000 EA A pilot nanofiltration system to obtain permeate and rejection data for scientific study is required. This system design should contain all components to allow trials of both nanofiltration and ultrafiltration membranes in an integrated system. The required, but not limited, components are an array of nanofiltration housing (two columns per pass as minimum) to test varied membranes, a conical bottom feed tank (25 gallon or large), heat exchanger for temperature maintenance and a VFD control with bypass lines and valves for operation over a range of operating parameters and to accommodate a wide variety of feed streams. Please provide a photo or process diagram of this integrated system for reference and consideration. Summary: Nanofiltration Housing to accommodate two spiral-wound type of nanofiltration membrane (preferred) with membrane size at 2.5 in x 40 in (OD x L) or larger Feed Tank: Conical bottom with connection to other tanks at a capacity of 25 Gal or large Minimum operating volume at 10 Gal or large Feed Rate at 7 GPM or larger Flow Meters Rotameter on Permeate and Reject lines Operating pressure capable of 4 MPa (Max) Operating temperature range of 50-122 �F (10-50�C) Materials (vetting parts) should be SS316, Viton or Teflon-like equivalent that is compatible with our testing liquids and can be operated in the range of pH 2 - 11 Horizontal Pump preferred All Power Requirement should be compatible with 208 V and 3 phase system (NRTL certified is preferred) Please provide the following on your quote: 1.� Origin of Manufacture 2.� Unique Employee Identifier (EUI) Please also return the following along with your quote: 1.���������Published Price list: showing the items on your quote for price justification or a web screenshot (or link) of same/similar items with pricing and part number shown. 2.�������� System For Award Management (SAM): In order to support DOE reporting requirements, BSA requires all its vendors/contractors to be registered in the U.
