Description

THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH) to include Marine Corps Training Area Bellows (MCTAB) and Camp Smith require portable latrine and hand-wash station services. These services are required to ensure the sanitation and welfare of Marines and any member that participates in various trainings conducted throughout the forenamed locations. Failure to obtain these services would result in the fast spread of bacteria, viruses, fungi, and parasites. The contractor shall provide sufficient manpower, technical expertise, logistics support and management oversight to satisfy the requirements of this PWS.� The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, consumables, tools and test equipment, and transportation in order to operate and maintain the portable lavatory units in a ready for unit training condition. The contractor will be expected to provide�monthly, weekly, and daily portable toilet and handwsah stations; once, twice, and three times a week servicing; and additional services. The proposed solicitation will contain provisions for a 12-month base period plus four (4) 12-month option periods, to be exercised at the Government�s discretion. If the Government does not award a follow-on contract in time, the Government may require the Contractor to continue performance for an additional period up to six months under the Option to Extend Services clause. The solicitation is expected be posted on SAM.gov on or around 11 April 2022. All offerors are required to register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database in accordance with FAR 52.204-7(b)(1). It will take approximately 12-15 business days after a contractor submits the required information for the SAM account to become active and the contractor to be registered. Contractors are required to be registered in SAM when submitting a quote, and shall continue to be registered until time of award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract. LACK OF REGISTRATION IN THE SAM DATABASE PRIOR TO THE SOLICITATION DUE DATE WILL MAKE THE OFFEROR INELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. The website address for the SAM database is: https://www.sam.gov.
