- DLA Aviation is seeking a long term contract for NSN 5865015595128.� The Solicitation will request pricing for a one year base contract, and two follow on option years.� The projected quantity for this NSN over the next three years is 64. �This solicitation is unrestricted, utilizing other than full and open competition. Item is not used in the commercial sector.� In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Systems for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov database. Alternate offerors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package in order to be considered for any future procurements of this NSN / PN.� The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation utilizing the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS).
