The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island is issuing this pre-solicitation synopsis for W52P1J-22-R-5003. This pre-solicitation synopsis is notice regarding W52P1J-22-R-5003 for the Building 0009 Repair Deep Water Intake Pipe on the Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island Illinois. This requirement will be a 100% total small business set aside.� NAICS - 237110 Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction Service Code - Z2QA Repair or Alteration of Restoration of Real Property This is a notice that a solicitation is anticipated to be forth coming and will have all the necessary documents, inclucing a scope or work.� IAW FAR 36.204(d), the magnitude of this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Performance and Payment Bonds are required for this project.�
