Source Sought This is a sources sought notice only and it is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to gain knowledge of qualified, potential contractors and their socio-economic size classification in accordance with NAICS code 511210 (Software publishers) responses will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After a review of the responses to this sources sought notice, a solicitation announcement may be posted. A response to this sources sought notice is not an adequate reply to a potentially forthcoming solicitation. Tampa, Florida 33612 is seeking authorized Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB s), Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB s) that can provide Brilliant/Supravista tool as an add on to the Computerized Patient Record System (CPRS) electronic medical record. This tool will decrease the time providers need to process view alerts and provide the highest level of patient care. Additionally, custom workflows and patient safety advisories can be created. The mailing software add-on will help the facility stay compliant with the VA directive to inform patients of test results within 1-2 weeks, depending on the findings. The software can be set to search for specific test results and generate generic letters or customized letters for patients. This will save countless times for providers, especially in primary care. This software will help the facility meet its EPRP and SAIL performance metrics by allowing for data mining and targeted interventions. SupraVISTA provides many features and functions necessary for clinicians everyday work. These features and functions are not available in CPRS. SupraVISTA supplements Computerized Patient Record System (CPRS) by adding these features; reducing clinical errors, improving patient safety using automated data analysis and better data visualization, and increasing clinician productivity significantly without compromising the quality of care. Assists all clinicians in the VAMC and CBOCs, including primary care providers, specialists, hospitalists, inpatient and outpatient nursing staff, clinical pharmacists, dieticians, and more, to meet clinicians needs that are NOT satisfied by the Computerized Patient Record System (CPRS). The Contractor shall provide a Brillians/SupraVISTA license for the James A. Haley VA Hospital staff, which allows use of the licensed software on unlimited number of workstations by unlimited number of users, as well as product updates and technical support for a period of one year. Provide complete support of the application, from installation and configuration assistance. Provide user training for the implementation to be successful. Contractor shall provide the items listed below: CLIN #0001: Annual licensing fee for Brillain with test result and add on module, qty 1 CLIN #0002: Training (number of employees will be provided at time of solicitation). CLIN #0003 Installation. SPECIFIC NEED/ SALIENT CHARACTERISTIC S Brillians/Supravista Mailing is considered a cognitive support system. It s primary functions are to: Reduce Errors Save time Improve data visualization Reminder provider of tasks Provide Time saving Tools Facility easy access to reference materials Additional features include: Alerts to providers to help avoid clinical errors Improve Performance and EPRP measures Improve Provider efficacy by improve data access Enhance Data Visualization Assist Provider with data extraction and summarization User Defined Lab Profiles Rx Writer Versatile Patient letters Tash Manager Provide Common Medical Calculators and Scales Data mining Improve Provider s Knowledge-base with one-clinic access to reference materials Provide Facilities frequently requested but missing in CPRS.
