- Solicitation Information All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Lyndsay Krebs at lyndsay.b.krebs.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 11:00AM Eastern Standard Time on 28 April 2022. Solicitation N68520-22-Q-0010 is issued as a competitive procurement.� The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a competitive basis for quarterly on-site supplied breathing air sampling and testing services maintenance listed under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12 and 13. Offeror�s must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.� This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov. This procurement is a total set-aside for small business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6.� Award will be made on an all or none basis. ***Basis for Award*** Solicitation closing date/time is firm; proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted.� Your quote must contain enough technical information i.e. data sheet, drawing, specification, etc. for evaluation.� Your quote will only be evaluated based on the information provided.� The award will be made on the basis of lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards.� This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the initial offer should represent the vendor�s best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability.� A determination by the Government not to accept the proposal for not meeting the minimum requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Interested parties must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any Department of Defense contract.� This can be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov/vendor.cfm.� The Government will not pay for any information received. ***Instructions to offeror�s*** Please include the following information with your response: FOB: (Destination preferred) Shipping Cost if applicable (92135-7058):� Tax ID# Dun & Bradstreet # Cage Code: Small Business � Yes ___� No ___ Estimated Delivery Date: If available on a Pricelist please provide a copy.
