The information gathered from this request for information (RFI) is for planning purposes only. The Government is not obligated, nor shall it pay for, any information received from potential sources as a result of this Sources Sought Notice. The West Palm Beach VA Health System is seeking business concerns capable of providing the West Palm Beach VA Medical Center Facility address listed below: West Palm Beach VA Medical Center 7305 N. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 33410 The contractor shall furnish a telecommunications service that will reach the audience, through pre-recorded messages inviting them to Town Hall Events. The West Palm Beach VA Medical Center needs to notify Veterans that they may be eligible for Veterans Health services & benefits. The target audience includes all Veterans who may be eligible for healthcare from the VA to include but not limited to: OEF / OIF Veterans, 55+ Male Veterans, Women Veterans, Vietnam Veterans and Veterans in areas that includes Palm Beach, Indian River, Okeechobee, St. Lucie, Martin, Glades and Hendry Counties. The VA is seeking a telecommunications service to maximize notifying Veterans, and at a frequency to this target audience through the following venues: Tele - Town Hall and Robo Calls specific to our seven-county service area. Services will include Robo Call & Voice Prompts recordings that participants will either hear when they answer the phone informing them to remain on the line to connect to the tele-town hall or left as a voicemail in the event, they missed the call. Service Call Message-recorded not to exceed 60 seconds or 110,000 calls. Tele-Town Hall event Service (2501-5000 dial size) up to 60-minute event or (5000 10,000 dial size) up to 60-minute event. Staff Trainings and Comprehensive post event data. After uploading the list of provided Veterans contact phone numbers, remove any defective and duplicate phone numbers and provide a new total. Pre-event robo calls to advertise the event may be done 24 - 48 hours prior to the TTH event, and schedule early evening the day prior 5 PM to 7 PM. Firms with interest and capability to include, Federal Schedule Contract Holders, Small Business, Veteran-Owned Small Business, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, HUB Zone Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, and Women-Owned Small Business Concerns may respond by submitting a qualifications letter stating the following information: Name Capability Statement (to include the Counties/Locations of interest) DUNS # Type of business (i.e., SDVOSB, VOSB, WOSB, etc.) Contact person-name-e-mail and telephone number Responses to this sources sought notice shall be sent via E-mail to be received no later than 2:00 PM EST- (1400) May 3, 2022.
